God’s answer:

Landslide (fire and brimstone)

Question: Why doesn’t God do a spiritual cleansing of the fallen angels?

God’s answer:

No survivors

Meaning: If God ever did that, He would have to wipe out the entire population of fallen angels for good, as He cannot find the equivalent of a Noah.

Question: So, why don’t you?

God’s answer:

Elimination
That would be genocide.

Genocide means "the deliberate and systematic destruction of a racial, political, or cultural group."⁴

Question: Can you please conclude to confirm?

God’s answer:

Mass destruction
I did this one time to preserve you.

Note: God’s purpose was to preserve mankind and not to eliminate us. This was His purpose. This is also why He baptizes us with fear. It is for this same reason why He will not do a spiritual cleansing of the fallen angels.
